Councillor Caroline Moon

South Ribble Borough Ward – Buckshaw & Worden

Raised in Clifton Avenue, off Canberra Road, Councillor Caroline Moon attended Leyland Methodist School, Balshaw’s High School and Runshaw College prior to graduating with a honours degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire.

Caroline wants to see Leyland and, indeed, South Ribble continue to improve as it has done over the past 4 years. She is equally confident in the future of the area and is keen to be a champion for local initiatives that residents wish to see imposed.

As a serving Borough Councillor, Caroline works hard to address the public's concerns and issues, always striving to maintain and improve the area. Leyland has always been a special place, with a heritage to be proud of, and the future for the town and its next generation is equally important!

Caroline offers her energy and commitment and combines professionalism, life experience and common sense.
