Tax cut for hard working families

From 6 April, 24 million people will be paying up to £600 less income tax than they were in 2010 after tax cuts including many hard working families in South Ribble.

COUNCIL tax in South Ribble is to be frozen for the third time in four years despite the difficult financial climate.Members of South Ribble Borough Council agreed to the freeze, which means residents won’t have to pay a penny more for the borough council’s share of the overall bill in 2013/14.
