After a hard-fought campaign, we scored a fantastic victory in the Middleforth by-election, gaining one of South Ribble Labour's safest seats on the Borough Council. Long standing South Ribble activist Joan Burrows was elected for the first time with 46% of the vote and a majority of 155.
